Description
Deestone D622 E78-14 ST. FEATURES AND BENEFITS: Excellent durability; All season traction; Improved handling; . OVERVIEW: The Deestone D622 E78-14 ST is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for trailers. This model comes in 14 inch rim diameter sizes. This tire is NOT MEANT TO BE MOUNTED ON LIGHT TRUCKS, as its construction will not support the weight and performing style of such vehicles. It can ONLY BE MOUNTED ON TRAILERS.This tire comes with strong bias-ply construction that is able to keep its optimal shape while under load and driving pressure. These reinforced structural elements prevent the tire from deforming when carrying larger loads, allowing it to safely perform in heavy-duty conditions. The robust tread further improves the tire’s load capacity by avoiding excessive pressure build-up in one spot. The tire is able to safely perform without compromising the performance, offering a phenomenal durability. The model’s flat footprint and symmetric tread elements maintain a consistent contact with the driving surface, increasing the handling ability. This tread provides a high number of biting edges which grip the driving surface. In this manner, it enhances the tire’s steering response time and accuracy to the towing vehicle’s instructions, while the structure is secured against the driving pressure. The driver is able to control the towing vehicle with confidence at all times, offering a safer driving experience. The Deestone D622 E78-14 ST guarantees superb year round performance, thanks to its durable compound and detailed tread design. The symmetric tread pattern maintains a consistent contact with the driving surface in order to improve the traction throughout the year. This greatly enhances the performance on dry, wet, and snowy road surfaces, while the compound optimizes rubber flexibility in various temperatures. It also avoids hydroplaning in rainy and snowy weather conditions, as it eliminates water and slush from the footprint. This is a bias ply or diagonal tire. Due to the tire’s internal construction and size, it is possible that the tire will look deformed. Smaller diagonal tires do not have reinforced constructions that can keep the tire from deforming. The bias construction and the small tire’s non-reinforced internal structure allow the tire to fold in when it is deflated or not properly inflated. This is not constructional damage or an issue; it is a normal occurrence with such tires. In such cases, the tire needs to be mounted and inflated to the proper PSI or, in some instances, an inner tube needs to be added. The proper PSI and the inner tube are able to maintain the tire’s ideal shape, preventing the bias plies from looking deformed. This ensures their performing safety and durability. The photo is a representation of the tire’s possible deformation, it does not represent the specific tire model, size, tread pattern and application.Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
